About the Role
You will work with the Chief Operating Officer to support the custody and safekeeping of customer digital assets. You will coordinate digital asset movements, manage balances, reconcile internal systems with the blockchain, resolve operational issues, supervise the operations team, monitor industry trends, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years financial services industry experience
- 3+ years in a digital asset related role preferred
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and execute multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- BS or BA preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital asset movements into and out of the bank
- Serve as primary operations point of contact for digital assets
- Oversee and manage digital asset balances held internally and externally
- Reconcile internal systems with the blockchain and resolve discrepancies
- Resolve operational issues for digital asset products and services
- Supervise the Digital Asset Operations team
- Monitor trends in digital assets and blockchain technology
- Develop and implement departmental process improvements
- Propose and implement process and customer experience improvements
