About the Role
Lead commercial growth across the DACH market, develop relationships with family offices and high-net-worth investors, serve as their primary contact after onboarding, build and manage the regional Investor Relations team, attend industry events, communicate market intelligence, and shape the regional go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Investor Relations experience including experience within the DACH market
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
- Full professional working proficiency in German and English at C1/C2 level
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams
- High integrity and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in DACH through commercial efforts and proactive outbound business development
- Develop and manage relationships with family offices and high-net-worth investors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors after onboarding
- Build, mentor, and manage the DACH Investor Relations team
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Gather and communicate investor feedback and market intelligence
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement a DACH go-to-market strategy
