About the Role
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security strategy protecting physical offices, executives, employees, field operations, assets, and security intelligence capabilities globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of corporate security experience spanning physical, operational, and intelligence-based security.
- Experience working with law enforcement internationally.
- Strong knowledge of global security challenges, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Experience managing diverse security teams and complex security programs.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- CPP or PSP certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee physical security for corporate offices and infrastructure.
- Develop access control, surveillance, emergency response, and risk assessment programs.
- Provide executive protection and travel risk management.
- Establish security protocols and training for field operations in high-risk areas.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up.
- Lead security intelligence gathering, analysis, briefings, and threat detection.
- Build and lead a global security team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, law enforcement, government agencies, and external security providers.
- Develop crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Lead responses to security incidents and emergency communications.
