About the Role
You will build the strategy and roadmap for practitioner and executive communities, launch programs and campaigns, manage community platforms, organize digital and in-person experiences, develop ambassador programs, build member relationships, define success metrics, report on impact, and turn member feedback into improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building and growing successful communities
- Experience owning member enrollment and long-term engagement
- Track record of community programs delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience developing community strategies and executing programs
- Program and project management skills
- Experience planning virtual and in-person community experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to measuring community health and business impact
- Experience working across Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success
- Experience with B2B SaaS or technology community programs
- Familiarity with AI, marketing technology or modern marketing workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and execute community strategies and roadmaps
- Create programs, campaigns and member experiences
- Own project management and execution of community initiatives
- Manage community platforms including Slack
- Plan and deliver meetups, dinners, events and roundtables
- Build champion and ambassador programs
- Develop relationships with practitioners, customers and executives
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Product
- Define community success metrics and reporting
- Gather member feedback and improve community experiences and programs
