About the Role

You support prospective and existing investors as a day-to-day contact, respond to questions across multiple channels, and help individuals navigate offerings, processes, and the community experience. You build relationships, support onboarding and engagement, assist with fundraising and investor events, maintain accurate CRM data, track metrics, contribute to reporting, and participate in operational and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, client services, relationship management, account management, hospitality, recruiting, operations, financial services, consulting, or another customer-facing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Ability to build positive relationships and provide thoughtful support to customers or other stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and use new systems, tools, and business processes
  • Interest in investing, venture capital, financial markets, startups, or related business topics
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting clients, customers, members, investors, advisors, or other external stakeholders preferred
  • Exposure to financial services, investing, venture capital, wealth management, banking, consulting, or related industries preferred
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, webinars, or operational workflows preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors
  • Respond to investor questions through email, phone, webinars, events, and other communication channels
  • Provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful support using approved resources and internal playbooks
  • Help individuals navigate offerings, processes, and the community experience
  • Build relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver a high-touch customer experience across the investor journey
  • Anticipate needs, identify issues, and help resolve questions
  • Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leaders
  • Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities
  • Assist with virtual events, investor meetings, webinar preparation, and follow-up activities
  • Track engagement activity, investor interactions, and business metrics
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and other internal systems
  • Support reporting for Community Managers, Partners, and leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the investor experience
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Support research, process improvements, pilot programs, and team priorities
