About Logos
Logos is the public identity of the Logos Collective Association and its technology stack. The stack includes Logos Basecamp, Logos Messaging, Logos Storage, and Logos Blockchain, with privacy implemented across networking, communications, storage, and blockchain infrastructure. Logos currently operates a live developer testnet and supports node operators, application builders, and open-source contributors.

About the Role
The Regional Circles Lead supports Logos Circles and volunteer community organisers by coordinating civic impact projects, providing mentorship and logistical support, managing documentation and reporting, and helping develop community visibility. The ideal location is Lisbon, Portugal, while other locations may be considered; there are no current openings in Africa.
Requirements
- Experience doing civic good community organising on a voluntary or paid basis
- Basic understanding of privacy, non-governmental civic organising, and technology's implications on civil life
- Excitement to learn about blockchain, crypto, and decentralised technology
- Experience managing projects and excellent organisational skills
- Strong alignment to Logos principles
Responsibilities
- Support volunteer community organisers in scoping and completing community impact projects
- Guide and mentor new local Circle Stewards
- Manage documentation, briefs and reporting for Circle narratives, outputs and wins
- Aggregate regional reporting and metrics to facilitate coordination across Circles
- Act as the primary liaison between Logos and Circle Stewards
- Attend local events to promote Logos Circles and build community visibility
- Produce standardised and regular reports for regional output and progress
- Manage the local Lisbon Circle and its ongoing civic action activities
