About the Role
You will cultivate and expand the Sui community across APAC by designing community programs, organizing virtual and in-person events, and driving user adoption. You will manage engagement across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and forums; build relationships with community members and builders; amplify their contributions; create educational content; oversee moderation; address conflicts; analyze community health; and report key metrics. You will also collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering to align community efforts with broader goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in community management
- Experience launching and scaling community programs
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Deep understanding of Web3 culture
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications
- Experience planning and executing online and offline community events
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with community management tools social media platforms and data analytics tools
- Existing relationships with or strong familiarity with APAC-based crypto and trading communities
Responsibilities
- Design and manage community initiatives for APAC audiences
- Organize virtual and in-person community events

- Represent community feedback in decision-making processes
- Highlight community and builder contributions
- Create and distribute educational and engaging content
- Develop and maintain a content calendar
