About the Role
You own Lovable's virtual community spaces across Discord, Reddit, and Facebook, run recurring virtual programs, and manage moderation systems. You recruit and support community champions, coordinate hosts and event production, publish recordings, share community insights with internal stakeholders, maintain community CRM data, and report on community health.
Requirements
- 6+ years across community management, events, virtual programs, or developer relations
- Experience running recurring virtual programs end to end
- Deep fluency with Discord mechanics and Reddit dynamics
- Experience recruiting, supporting, and retaining volunteer moderators and champions
- Experience with moderation and escalation judgment
- Strong event production and operational skills
- Comfort coordinating across US, Brazil, and Europe time zones and markets
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations for Discord, Reddit, and Facebook communities
- Own moderation guidelines, automation tooling, and incident response
- Grow Reddit and Facebook communities
- Run two to three live virtual sessions per week
- Book hosts and coordinate event descriptions, assets, calendars, and administration
- Manage the recording, editing, and publication pipeline
- Recruit and coach hosts across the company and community
- Run the Community Champions program
- Surface community feedback to product and marketing stakeholders
- Maintain the community CRM pipeline
- Track and report community health metrics
- Celebrate community achievements
