About the Role
You will actively participate in trader communities, provide timely and accurate updates, and build ambassador and power-user programs. You will run public events, gather product feedback, publish community content, track sentiment and retention, and report community performance.
Requirements
- Trading knowledge, including funding rates, maker-taker economics, slippage, and latency
- 3+ years of community or social experience for a product serving a technical audience
- Strong short-form and long-form writing skills
- Crypto community management and de-escalation skills
- Experience building a community or account from the ground up
- Experience in crypto, fintech, gaming, or developer tools
Responsibilities
- Participate in Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and trader communities
- Post timely and accurate updates during market and product events
- Build ambassador and power-user programs
- Run AMAs, live trading sessions, launches, competitions, and post-mortems
- Collect community feedback and relay it to product management
- Write community threads, feature teardowns, and release notes
- Measure sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, and retention
