About the Role
You will design and operate investor community programmes, own a global events calendar, build commercial partnerships, and lead high-touch advocacy programmes. You will manage and mentor colleagues, convert investor feedback into business insight, represent investors internally, and use AI to scale relationship intelligence.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in community, membership, partnerships, or events
- Hands-on experience with an ultra-high-net-worth audience in a community, membership, or network capacity
- Experience owning commercial partnerships with written briefs, negotiated terms, and performance targets
- Experience hosting and building relationships with family office principals, fund GPs, and exited operators
- Commercial experience with AUM and pipeline
- Operational experience managing guest lists, budgets, run sheets, suppliers, follow-up, and CRM records
- Experience using AI tools and agents and building AI-enabled systems
- Experience in or alongside a regulated industry
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
Responsibilities
- Design and operate investor community programmes
- Own the global events calendar for existing investors and high-intent prospects
- Plan and host intimate dinners, peer roundtables, deal talks, GP meet-and-greets, and flagship events
- Build and run strategic community partnerships against commercial and brand targets
- Identify and develop four to six strategic partnerships annually
- Lead the high-touch advocacy programme for top-tier investors
- Manage and mentor the marketing team and provide leadership across the organisation
- Turn investor sentiment, sharing behaviour, event feedback, and partnership performance into structured business input
- Represent investor expectations across the organisation
- Design an AI-native system for scaling community intelligence
