It offers a single dashboard to manage both crypto and fiat assets. Services include high-yield checking and savings accounts, corporate cards with up to 2% cashback, working capital, and seamless stablecoin (USDC, USDT) on/off-ramps and payments. The company also issues its own stablecoin, USDSL, built on the Base network. Slash provides developer-friendly APIs for automation and simplified multi-entity management, catering to industries like marketing, e-commerce, and Web3. Banking services are provided through partners such as Column N.A. and Piermont Bank, while digital asset services are offered in partnership with third parties like Bridge Building Inc.

About the Role
You'll define and scale how Slash shows up in the world, owning top-of-funnel brand awareness across major channels like video, creators, audio, and out-of-home. You'll design and execute a multi-channel brand strategy spanning streaming/TV, podcasts, newsletters, social media, and sponsorships, while owning budget allocation across channels. You'll translate complex product and company narratives into simple, memorable, mass-market storytelling and create high-impact campaigns and activations that break through. You'll build and manage paid brand infrastructure including agency relationships and media buying, define how brand success is measured, and partner with content and organic growth teams. You'll build the brand function from the ground up and have the opportunity to grow and lead a world-class brand team as the company scales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth, or related roles
- Experience building or scaling a brand at a high-growth company
- Experience owning and deploying large brand budgets
- Deep familiarity with channels like video/streaming, creators, and integrated campaigns
- Strong storytelling ability: take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
- Clear judgment on where to spend and what will actually break through
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Comfort working in environments where outcomes are not perfectly measurable
- High ownership mindset and ability to work directly with founders
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel brand awareness across all major channels, including video, creators, audio, and out-of-home
- Design and execute a multi-channel brand strategy spanning streaming/TV, podcasts, newsletters, social media, sponsorships, and more
- Own budget allocation across channels, balancing cultural impact with efficiency
- Translate complex product and company narratives into simple, memorable, mass-market storytelling
- Create high-impact brand moments: campaigns, activations, and ideas that break through and drive outsized attention
- Build and manage paid brand infrastructure, including agency relationships, partnerships, and media buying
- Define how success is measured across brand, from awareness and brand lift to long-term growth signals
- Partner closely with content and organic growth teams to ensure a unified narrative across paid and owned channels
- Build the brand function from the ground up, including systems and playbooks
- Grow and lead a world-class brand team as the company continues to scale
