About the Role
You will lead and grow the analytics function, manage analysts and BI practitioners, define core business metrics, and establish the analytics roadmap. You will build self-service analytics, analyze consumption and marketplace economics, improve data quality practices, and present recommendations to executives and the board.
Requirements
- 8+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or data science experience
- 3+ years managing analytics or BI teams
- SQL and modern analytics engineering expertise
- Experience with dbt or an equivalent tool
- Experience with usage-based, consumption, or marketplace business models
- Experience defining a metric layer and driving organization-wide adoption
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across Product, Finance, Data Engineering, Security, Go-to-Market, and Supply
- Successful completion of a background check
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow analysts and BI practitioners
- Drive data-informed company strategy and quantify business opportunities
- Define and maintain core metric definitions
- Set the analytics roadmap with Product, Finance, and GTM leaders
- Analyze consumption-based revenue, customer behavior, and marketplace economics
- Build a self-service analytics layer
- Partner on data modeling, quality, freshness, and SOC 2 requirements
- Establish experimentation and measurement practices
- Present analytics and recommendations to executives and the board
