About the Role
You will lead HIL strategy, architecture, roadmaps, and execution. You will scale test benches, validate critical electrical, timing, and fault-handling requirements, integrate testing into CI and releases, plan resources, grow the HIL team, and establish program processes and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ years of HIL, embedded systems test, or safety-critical V&V experience
- Experience building HIL programs or labs
- HIL platform architecture

Responsibilities
- Lead HIL strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution
- Define and deliver tiered HIL architecture
- Verify electrical, timing, and fault-handling requirements on HIL benches
- Own safety-critical fault injection on real hardware
- Validate real-time constraints using instrumented measurements
- Integrate HIL testing into CI and release processes
- Define requirements coverage with partner functions
- Plan bench capacity, hardware resources, and headcount
- Hire and grow the HIL team
- Establish program documentation, processes, and success metrics
