About the Role

You will manage communication workflows, production, and execution for employee communication materials. You will research plan-specific information, develop regulatory, operational, and educational communications, coordinate project plans and status reports, oversee print and email production, and support clients and business partners.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of project management experience preferred.
  • At least three years of defined contribution, writing, and communications experience preferred.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Print production experience strongly desired.
  • Organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication workflows, production, and execution for Workplace Investing communication materials.
  • Research and analyze plan-specific materials to create regulatory, operational, and educational communications.
  • Oversee email and print production, web content, inventory management, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and controls.
  • Respond to client and business-partner inquiries.
  • Coordinate project plans and status reports across competing priorities.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of 401(k) communications.
  • Ensure regulatory mailings comply with FINRA and DOL requirements.
