About the Role

You will architect a modern Marketing Operating System that connects multiple tools including Gemini Claude and CRM platforms into a seamless high-velocity engine for marketing campaigns. You will deploy LLMs as logic layers within marketing workflows to automate content personalization lead research and campaign triggers. You will use automation platforms to build waterfalls that link internal data with external market signals, partner with cross-functional teams to integrate the Marketing OS with core data infrastructure, replace manual marketing tasks with automated agents, and continuously experiment with new AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve speed cost-efficiency and ROI of GTM initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, or RevOps with a proven track record of building technical marketing stacks
  • Deep technical fluency with LLMs such as Gemini and Claude and understanding of applying them to business logic and outbound automation
  • Ability to treat marketing strategy like a software stack by building repeatable scalable and automated workflows
  • Proficiency in automation platforms such as Make and n8n, data enrichment tools such as Clay, and strong understanding of API integrations
  • Coding skills in Python or JavaScript are a major plus
  • Ability to make decisions based on hard data and provide technical recommendations for system improvements
  • Ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes for stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a unified marketing operating system that connects disparate tools to automate the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs
  • Deploy LLMs such as Gemini Claude and GPT-4 as logic layers within marketing workflows to automate content personalization, lead research, and campaign triggers
  • Use automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay to build waterfalls that link internal data with external market signals
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Data Science, and Product teams to integrate the Marketing OS with core data infrastructure
  • Replace manual marketing tasks with automated agents that handle regional trend identification and performance reporting
  • Experiment with new AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve speed cost-efficiency and ROI of GTM initiatives
