About the Role

You will be the operational backbone for Carta's AMEA GTM leaders, working closely with an expanding team of Sales and Marketing partners. You'll serve as the primary strategic bridge between regional requirements and Global RevOps teams to build a world-class international operating model. You will own the operational roadmap for the AMEA region, using process, systems, and data as levers to accelerate productivity, and solve complex problems as the business moves into different asset classes and complex sales motions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity or related Private Capital Markets is encouraged
  • Highly proficient in SQL and BI tools (Metabase)
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Familiarity with the GTM tech stack (e.g., LeanData, Outreach, Marketo, SQL, GSuite)
  • Experience or interest in international markets; ability to navigate and communicate effectively across time zones and diverse regional requirements
  • Exceptional ability to frame business questions with data and implement actionable process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Own AMEA territory planning, account segmentation, and Book of Business assignments to ensure equitable coverage and maximum sales velocity
  • Own business requirements for regional reporting
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards that proactively identify risks and opportunities in the AMEA pipeline and customer retention
  • Design and implement Lead-to-Cash workflows for new asset classes and complex GTM motions such as ERP integrations
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for tool releases and system improvements
  • Collaborate with US RevOps, Systems and Data teams to ensure the AMEA roadmap is codified within global data architecture
  • Localize global policies while ensuring regional nuances such as multi-currency and local regulations are supported
  • Manage and optimize regional tools including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Chorus, and Marketo to drive automation and ensure data hygiene
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to AMEA GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights for QBRs, board materials, and executive analyses
