About the Role
You will lead multichannel GTM campaigns, build targeting segments, automate enrichment and lead-routing workflows, and write outbound messaging. You will maintain data quality and attribution, build pipeline reporting, refine ICP and lead-scoring models, evaluate GTM tools, and document scalable processes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth roles
- Demand generation and ABM program experience
- Salesforce, Clay, Make.com, and n8n experience
- Outbound platform experience
- LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads experience
- CRM routing logic and attribution modeling knowledge
- B2B sales copywriting skills
- AI and GTM automation experience
Responsibilities
- Lead multichannel GTM campaigns across campaign, outbound, advertising, and automation platforms
- Manage segmentation, targeting, and campaign design
- Build automated workflows for audience building, enrichment, lead routing, and scoring
- Write sales emails, launch messaging, outbound frameworks, positioning, hooks, and CTAs
- Monitor and troubleshoot lead routing, enrichment syncs, and campaign data flow
- Maintain data hygiene, field accuracy, and attribution
- Use intent and signal data to prioritize accounts and refine ICPs and lead-scoring models
- Build dashboards and reports for campaign, channel, opportunity, and revenue performance
- Partner with SDR and Sales Operations on outbound execution
- Evaluate and deploy GTM and AI automation tools
- Develop playbooks, runbooks, and process maps
