About the Role
You will own the marketing technology stack and build AI-powered systems that scale outbound lead generation. You will create and measure multichannel campaigns, maintain reliable marketing and sales data, develop reporting dashboards, and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering Marketing Operations or a similar technical role
- Experience deploying integrating and managing B2B marketing and sales technology stacks
- Experience using Claude OpenAI or similar LLMs for GTM workflows
- Analytics and experimentation
- Campaign ideation and messaging

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales RevOps and Marketing
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the GTM technology stack and data flows
- Design automated AI-powered outreach systems
- Execute multichannel email video social and paid campaigns
- Implement campaign tracking and attribution
- Create dashboards for pipeline ROI CAC and conversion metrics
- Identify and resolve GTM-stack inefficiencies
- Evaluate and integrate lead-generation tools
- Support A/B testing and apply findings
- Maintain data quality across marketing and sales platforms
- Serve as an internal expert on AI-driven GTM systems
