About the Role
You will translate product releases and technical documentation into field-ready narratives, workflows, demos, and training. You will build scalable enablement programs, coordinate launch readiness across stakeholders, embed product learning into GTM programs, and create AI-powered guidance, practice, and readiness experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles
- Experience translating technical or AI-heavy product concepts into GTM narratives and training
- Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC/MEDDPICC
- Conceptual understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security, and permissions
- Experience using AI tools to scale enablement
- Project and program management skills
- Experience managing launches, stakeholders, content streams, timelines, dependencies, and metrics
Responsibilities
- Translate product releases and technical documentation into field guidance
- Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program
- Design and deliver enablement sessions with practice, demos, and customer scenarios
- Prepare GTM teams for product launches with talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and enablement bundles
- Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement
- Design and operate an AI-first launch-to-enable loop
- Build and maintain AI-powered enablement surfaces
- Develop AI-first enablement MVPs and incorporate field feedback
