About the Role
You will own GTM commissions strategy, plan design, and execution. You will map the operating model, create an evolution roadmap, introduce AI-enabled workflow improvements, establish planning-cycle governance, and prepare board-level reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, system quality, and design decisions.

Responsibilities
- Own GTM commissions strategy, design, and execution
- Map the GTM compensation operating model and publish an evolution roadmap
- Introduce AI-enabled workflows for compensation questions, payout estimates, discrepancy detection, and reminders
- Build a planning-cycle framework for design inputs, trade-offs, decision rights, and timelines
- Provide board-level reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, systems quality, and design decisions
