About the Role
You will turn business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations. You will develop lifecycle analyses, build dashboards and dbt data models, define trusted metrics, and partner with Engineering to improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or similar roles
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams at a high-growth technology company
- Understanding of SaaS metrics across acquisition, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and retention
- Expert SQL skills
- Hands-on experience building and scaling production data models in dbt
- Experience designing scalable data models across CRM, billing, product usage, and operational systems
- Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting in BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience translating business problems into technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Turn business questions into actionable analysis and recommended actions
- Develop customer-lifecycle analysis across acquisition, pipeline, conversion, revenue, expansion, retention, and customer health
- Build dashboards and reporting that explain performance and its drivers
- Develop and improve dbt data models for reliable analysis and reporting
- Define and codify core metric definitions
- Translate analytical needs into data requirements and partner with Engineering to address data gaps and quality issues
