About the Role
You will build and maintain GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery. You will ingest and model data from GTM systems, create reliable reporting tables and pipelines, establish data-quality practices, translate reporting requests into durable models, and set technical standards for GTM data modeling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of data or analytics engineering experience
- Experience owning ETL or ELT pipelines and dbt in production
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience building and maintaining BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses
- Experience working with GTM data, including Salesforce
- Knowledge of SaaS and GTM metrics
- Experience with dashboards and ad hoc analysis using large datasets in BI tools
- Cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery
- Ingest, organize, and model data from Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other GTM systems
- Build and maintain data models for pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, compensation, and territory reporting
- Translate reporting requests into durable data models
- Maintain pipelines that keep GTM data fresh, accurate, and consistent
- Establish data testing, validation, and monitoring
- Set technical standards for GTM data modeling
