About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for priority requisitions. You will develop high-volume sourcing strategies, source, screen, and close candidates, analyze recruitment data and market conditions, communicate hiring trends, and deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including challenging closes and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Develop high-volume sourcing strategies for priority hires
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Use data to optimize candidate ROI, conversion rates, and recruitment pace
- Analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance
