About the Role
Own the Growth Ops engine for Milan by bridging strategy and on-the-ground execution, analyzing product fit, generating insights, improving product and brand positioning, growing the local testing panel and community, and forging commercial partnerships.
Requirements
- Be a Milan native with a local network and understanding of the city's culture
- Be product-minded with the ability to help build excellent products
- Be quantitative and structured with clear thinking
- Be a self-starter with founder mentality, grit, and self-direction
- Be fluent in Italian and English
- 1+ years of experience in business development or operations is a plus
- Experience in fintech, neo-banking, or a fast-growing consumer app is a plus
- Experience building communities or running grassroots campaigns is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze product fit and generate insights to improve the product and features for Milan
- Grow the external testing panel and organic user base in Milan
- Track what works and direct product evolution and brand positioning based on market feedback
- Open doors, build a local pipeline, and turn relationships into commercial partnerships in Milan
