About the Role
You will lead global growth initiatives and work with executives and team members to expand the ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners. You will identify and cultivate partnerships, structure complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders, and build efficient growth pipelines and funnels. You will conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities. You will work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate findings clearly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth business development sales finance or venture capital preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry
- Based in New York City
- Strong understanding of blockchain systems and financial systems
- Experience building and scaling growth teams
- Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible manner
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
