About the Role
Own and scale Adyen’s end-to-end merchant and sub-merchant onboarding experience worldwide. The role combines front-end and API product ownership, growth experimentation, regulated financial services, risk and compliance partnership, AI/ML application, and leadership of product managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years leading and developing product managers.
- Experience launching and evolving complex products across the full lifecycle.
- Experience in onboarding, activation, or growth.
- Understanding of front-end experiences and core metrics.
- Regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience running rigorous experiments.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools.
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to product experiences.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the global onboarding strategy.
- Own front-end experience and API design.
- Optimize merchant and sub-merchant onboarding flows.
- Improve activation, conversion, and time-to-value.
- Use experimentation and data to remove friction.
- Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
- Balance customer experience with rigorous controls.
- Apply AI and machine learning to onboarding.
- Lead, coach, and grow the product management team.
