About the Role
You will set the vision and roadmap for the Credit and Data Platform, lead platform-scale execution, define data-driven success metrics, promote AI-based experimentation, and build and develop a product management team across San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Chicago.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in credit and data products within a fast-growing fintech environment
- 3+ years of experience building credit products
- Experience delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguity
- Customer-centric product thinking
- Data-based decision-making
- Experience setting team vision and strategy
- Experience leading teams of at least 3 product managers
- Clear communication with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Credit and Data Platform
- Lead platform-scale execution
- Deliver a unified credit and data platform
- Simplify fragmented systems and scale globally
- Define success metrics for credit volume, risk, scalability, and efficiency
- Foster AI-based tooling and experimentation
- Build and develop a product management team
- Set standards for product craft, clarity, and ownership
