About the Role
Lead the Credit and Data Platform at Adyen, scaling financial products through data, platform capabilities, credit underwriting, servicing, collections, and third-party integrations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in credit and data products within a fast-growing fintech environment.
- 3+ years of experience building credit products.
- Experience delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Ability to operate with autonomy and ownership in ambiguity.
- Customer-centric product thinking and data-based decision-making.
- Experience setting team vision and strategy.
- Experience leading teams of at least 3 product managers.
- Clear communication with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Credit and Data Platform.
- Lead platform-scale execution and deliver a unified credit and data platform.
- Simplify fragmented systems and scale globally while maintaining reliability and trust.
- Define success metrics for credit volume, risk, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Foster AI-based tooling and experimentation.
- Build and develop a product management team across San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Chicago.
- Set standards for product craft, clarity of thinking, and ownership.
