About the Role

You will contribute to the design, integration, testing, and validation of CPU and high-speed I/O subsystems. You will create validation tools, perform laboratory measurements, analyze system behavior, investigate issues, document results, and communicate technical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a closely related field
  • Foundation in computer architecture, digital systems, embedded systems, hardware-software interaction, or system-level engineering
  • Hands-on laboratory testing and technical measurement experience
  • Experience with Python, C, C++, MATLAB, or another programming or scripting language
  • Ability to plan technical work, analyze test data, document results, and draw evidence-based conclusions
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, root-cause investigation, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, integration, and testing of CPU and high-speed I/O subsystems
  • Own engineering tasks from requirements and test planning through execution and review
  • Develop system-level validation plans, procedures, scripts, and tools
  • Evaluate platform performance, power, signal behavior, reliability, and interoperability
  • Investigate PCIe 6.0 and 800G Ethernet technologies
  • Support power, cooling, and energy-efficiency investigations
  • Use laboratory equipment to execute tests and collect evidence
  • Analyze unexpected behavior, investigate root causes, and verify corrective actions
  • Maintain requirements, test procedures, scripts, data summaries, and change records
  • Present results, risks, and technical recommendations
