About the Role
You will rotate across Backend and Market Connectivity teams, developing and improving software across the technology stack. You will build and maintain features with business stakeholders, support rapid releases, and work with Quants, Product, Algo Developers, Infrastructure, and Support to deliver trading solutions. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, automated testing, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM discipline
- 6 to 18 months of Software Engineer experience, including internships or placements
- Programming experience in an object-oriented or functional programming language such as C#, C++, Java, Python, Golang, or Rust
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including design, algorithms, and data structures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in crypto and digital assets
- Financial-markets experience and understanding of portfolio, execution, or order management systems are advantageous
