About the Role
You will design, develop, optimize, and deploy scalable trading applications for multiple asset classes. You will work with traders to deliver highly available systems, maintain critical applications, reduce operational risk, and ensure quality through automated testing and peer code review.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with C++ programming and Python scripting
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with high-performance, multithreaded network programming
- Ability to own projects through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to coach junior engineers
- Degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline
- Experience with financial market concepts, including options trading and engineering
