About the Role
You will develop and maintain shared Java libraries, build systems, database-failover capabilities, and business libraries. You will design, test, deploy, and support resilient systems that meet demanding performance, scalability, and reliability needs. You will contribute to AI development-tool adoption, advise the programming-language community, and collaborate with global engineering and application teams to improve developer experience.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience designing, delivering, and supporting production systems.
- Strong Java programming experience.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, version control, and clean, testable code.
- Ability to learn programming languages, toolchains, and infrastructure.
- Interest in build systems, containers, and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to communicate technical work and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
