Responsibilities
- Contribute to Operations, Programme Management, Marketing, and Business Development across a six-month programme.
- Take on meaningful responsibility through structured or informal departmental rotations.

Hiring Process
The process takes approximately 2–3 weeks: a 30-minute first interview with a leadership team member, a 30-minute interview with the CEO, a 30-minute third interview with a leadership team member, a two-hour take-home research case study, and a final one-hour in-person interview with expenses covered.
