About the Role

You will oversee daily office operations, workplace budgets, real estate, buildouts, vendor services, and onsite events. You will coordinate space planning, leases, construction, technology readiness, compliance, and office-quality standards across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace operations experience
• Project management experience across construction schedules, permitting, and logistics
• Lease and vendor contract experience
• Budget ownership experience
• Cross-functional experience with Finance, People, IT, and Security
• Experience taking an office from site visit through opening
• Experience writing process documentation, service standards, and vendor scorecards

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, including cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety
• Own workplace budgets and reporting for rent, capital expenditure, and operating spend
• Run onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings, and visits
• Plan office space needs with People and Finance
• Manage office searches, leases, design, construction, and furniture projects
• Coordinate network, audiovisual, and physical access requirements with IT and Security
• Establish local vendors, services, and compliance in new markets
• Travel occasionally to other offices for openings and large onsite events
• Maintain workplace standards for employees and visitors
