About the Role
You will own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You will lead projects from pre-sales through operations and closure, manage risks and issues, serve as the technical interface for customers and regulators, coordinate cross-functional resources, and improve delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience in technical project or program management for complex systems
- Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities in a global environment
- Understanding of system development lifecycle, integration, and large-scale deployment processes
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Lead the project lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery, operations, and closure
- Manage risks and issues, including mitigation, escalation, and root-cause analysis
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers and regulators
- Coordinate cross-functional resources
- Improve processes for scalable and efficient execution
