About the Role
You will lead OSAT partnerships and commercial negotiations, coordinate builds and production readiness, and manage backend manufacturing from bumping through final test. You will source critical materials, monitor capacity and schedules, and resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier-management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Understanding of OSAT workflows, including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging
- Experience with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements, pricing, tooling, or NRE costs
- Experience with ERP, PLM, and reporting systems
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Lead OSAT supplier relationships, reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, capacity, materials, and production schedules
- Manage bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test operations
- Own substrate and critical-material sourcing
- Resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks
- Establish OSAT data, KPIs, and processes
