About the Role
Own the global onboarding program from signed offer through full ramp-up, including pre-boarding communications, first-day experiences, 30/60/90-day frameworks, feedback, system access, equipment, compliance, guides, and onboarding materials.
Requirements
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to onboarding programs at a fast-growing company
- Experience with global or multi-regional workforces
- Strong process-building and operational execution skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required
Responsibilities
- Own the global onboarding program end-to-end
- Manage pre-boarding communications and first-day experiences
- Create first-30/60/90-day frameworks
- Coordinate system access, equipment, and compliance documentation across regions
- Build team-specific onboarding guides
- Design and maintain onboarding materials
- Track and analyze new-joiner feedback
- Improve time-to-productivity and early engagement metrics
