About the Role

You will partner with the senior leadership team to shape Coins' marketing strategy and elevate its global image. You'll lead international and local go-to-market and event activation efforts, building a team to execute the strategy and drive adoption at scale across target markets. You'll oversee all global PR and event operations, including agency management, channel management, KOL relationships, budgeting, and industry partnership prioritization. You will manage the global community to drive user growth in collaboration with local teams, and lead the global digital marketing teams to improve P&L performance across SEO, paid ads, and other channels. You'll set clear targets and drive alignment so the team's outputs consistently meet company goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing within an agency, tech company, or financial services organization
  • Must have crypto industry background
  • Experienced in Philippines market, and others such as EU, AU, Asia
  • 2+ years in managing a global crypto marketing team
  • Tough, practical and flexible leader who can thrive in a very high-pressure environment
