About the Role

You will own global category strategy for fiber infrastructure. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, assess supply risks, coordinate stakeholders, analyze spend and supplier performance, lead supplier business reviews, and integrate sustainability practices into sourcing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
5-7+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience
Experience with data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains
Experience managing global supply chains and supplier relationships
Contract negotiation, supplier qualification, and performance management experience
Communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies
Evaluate and manage global supplier relationships
Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial terms
Conduct supply-base risk management and contingency planning
Lead cross-functional coordination for category planning
Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier performance
Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers
Implement sustainability practices in procurement and sourcing
Monitor industry trends and category innovations
