About the Role
You will own benefits operations across EMEA, APAC, the United States, and Canada. You will lead EOR-to-entity and PEO transitions, manage enrollment and renewals, resolve complex benefits and leave cases, maintain accurate benefits information, improve processes, and ensure benefits compliance across operating jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of benefits experience
- Experience managing benefits in a hypergrowth or new-market-entry environment
- Working knowledge of US benefits, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and 401(k)
- Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits and statutory requirements
- Experience with PEOs and EORs
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead benefits workstreams for transitions from EORs to owned entities
- Lead PEO evaluation, vendor selection, and migration to direct US benefits administration
- Manage EOR relationships and employees under EORs
- Own benefits enrollment, renewals, mid-year changes, and offboarding
- Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits, leave, and time-off cases
- Administer and coordinate parental, medical, and disability leave policies across jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate benefits information across HRIS, benefits portals, intranets, and handbooks
- Design and improve scalable benefits processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with local benefits, insurance, and social security regulations
- Manage US and Canadian benefits compliance
- Identify emerging risks and partner with Legal and outside counsel on country-specific issues
