About the Role
You will support investment planning, engineering, reliability, operations, and maintenance activities across AES Indiana generation facilities. You will review equipment and operating data, assist with projects and work management, document technical issues, and support safety, environmental, outage-planning, and budget activities.
Responsibilities
- Support investment planning, project scoping, cost estimates, budgets, specifications, and bid reviews
- Assist plant engineering, reliability engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
- Review operating and equipment data and identify trends
- Support Management of Change, startup readiness, safety reviews, and work management processes
- Support OPEX and capital projects, budget tracking, and business-case development
- Assist with reliability assessments, root-cause analysis, and mitigation tracking
- Support environmental compliance, safety walks, audits, NERC activities, and OPEX forecasting
