About the Role
You will provide weekend field support for the robot fleet. You will conduct routine and incident maintenance, troubleshoot and repair robotic systems, support root-cause analysis for major incidents, travel for inspections and repairs, and report service metrics including mean time to repair and first-contact resolution.
Requirements
- Be local to Los Angeles, California and able to travel within the designated region
- Be available for short-notice travel for site inspections and repairs
- Read manufacturing work instructions, mechanical assembly drawings, and electrical schematics
- Use electrical and mechanical tools, including digital multimeters, soldering tools, crimping tools, and hand tools
- Use basic command-line tools
- Be able to obtain vendor credentials with partner hospitals
- 3+ years of experience with commercially available products
- Ability to troubleshoot complex robotic systems
- Ability to work independently in the field
- US citizenship or permanent residency with work authorization
