About the Role
You will contribute to Prism in an area that matches your expertise, such as computational and data science, machine learning research, dataset generation, software engineering, program management, communications, or open-science community building. You will work on protein dynamics and open scientific infrastructure.
Requirements
- Familiarity with protein biophysics and experimental structural-data methods
- Ability to drive projects and collaborators

Responsibilities
- Process diffraction and structural data
- Analyze multiconformer and heterogeneous datasets
- Develop data standards and macromolecular ensemble metrics
- Research machine learning for protein dynamics and experimental data
- Generate and release structural datasets
- Build scientific data infrastructure and tooling
- Support program management, scientific coordination, communications, publishing, or community building
