About the Role
Own the Colombia business end to end, develop country strategy, build the commercial and technical team, lead strategic accounts, prioritize events and brand investments, represent the business publicly, develop partner opportunities, and drive major initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects in Colombia
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise customers
- Owner mentality, hands-on and self-starting with a bias toward results
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native Spanish speaker
- Strong English fluency
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Colombia country strategy
- Set sales, customer delivery, KPI, and hiring plans
- Design the pipeline for B2B sales targets
- Lead relationships with strategic accounts
- Hire the founding Colombia team
- Define event priorities and brand investments
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Build the partner ecosystem
- Drive major country initiatives
