About the Role
Manage office facilities, equipment, maintenance, reception operations, office supplies, company vehicles, and employee-loaned items. Administer employee services, including lunch benefits, long-term business-stay arrangements, and rental cars. Maintain internal documents and records, improve processes, and support office relocation, layout changes, and new-site launches.
Requirements
- Approximately one year of general affairs experience
- Professional experience using English or conversational English proficiency
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment, maintenance, and reception operations
- Manage office supplies, company vehicles, and employee-loaned items
- Manage employee services, including lunch benefits, accommodation, and rental-car arrangements
- Manage internal documents and records
- Standardize, improve, and support continuous improvement of business processes
- Support office layout changes and relocation projects
- Coordinate activities for new-site launches
