About the Role
You will run fund back-office and middle-office activities, including NAV review, subscriptions and redemptions, investor reporting, and fund-accounting oversight. You will manage external providers, support overseas investment-manager licensing and filings, monitor regulations, strengthen operational controls, and coordinate KYC/AML and due diligence for fundraising.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fund-operations experience at a global asset-management firm
- Hands-on experience establishing and registering a licensed investment manager in an overseas jurisdiction
- Working knowledge of regulations across major fund jurisdictions
- Professional written and verbal English fluency
Responsibilities
- Oversee fund operations including NAV calculation and review, subscriptions and redemptions, investor reporting, and fund-accounting oversight
- Manage fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and banking partners
- Support establishment, licensing, and regulatory filings for overseas investment-management entities
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on fund structures and operations
- Build and improve operational controls, workflows, and documentation
- Support fundraising through investor onboarding, KYC/AML coordination, and due-diligence responses
