About the Role
You will own customer onboarding and compliance operations from start to finish. You will review customer information, identify and escalate risk, coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues, support audit activities, and improve workflows for accurate, timely account approvals.
Requirements
- Experience in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or compliance operations at a bank or fintech is preferred
- Attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure
- Clear written communication and the ability to explain risk decisions simply
- Performance-oriented resilience
Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding and escalate high-risk factors to legal and compliance as needed
- Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle while balancing regulatory requirements and client delivery expectations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and following internal control standards
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that increase onboarding accuracy and speed
