About the Role

You will execute daily fund and payment operations, manage liquidity and reconciliations, and support valuation activities. You will improve controls and automated workflows, contribute to regulatory reporting, support new financial products, and resolve client operational issues.

Requirements

  • 2 to 6 years of relevant operations experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or fund administration
  • Experience building or scaling operational processes
  • SQL proficiency
  • French fluency
  • Business English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor fund subscriptions and redemptions
  • Manage SWIFT, SEPA, and multi-currency banking flows
  • Match incoming wires with client orders and resolve mismatches
  • Manage liquidity and timely settlement
  • Maintain reconciliations across funds, banks, and entities
  • Support NAV and share-value calculations
  • Coordinate delegated fund operations with external partners
  • Resolve operational anomalies
  • Improve and automate operational processes
  • Participate in regulatory and risk reporting
  • Implement first-line controls on client money flows
  • Support clients with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and withdrawals
