About the Role

You will oversee crypto processing, exchange, and liquidity operations across deposits, withdrawals, transaction pipelines, routing, and custody activities. You will monitor metrics, investigate incidents, manage partner escalations, improve provider performance and margins, and maintain reports, runbooks, and audit materials.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or operations
  • Understanding of BTC, ETH, TRON, Polygon, and Solana
  • Experience with exchanges, liquidity providers, or custody partners
  • Understanding of transaction accounting, reconciliation, and operational controls
  • Analysis skills
  • Experience leading incident investigations and preparing RCA reports
  • Experience managing partner escalations and SLA topics
  • Knowledge of crypto-related compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own crypto processing and exchange operations, including deposits, withdrawals, transaction pipelines, and custody activities
  • Monitor operational and business metrics and adjust routing or settings when needed
  • Ensure stable routing across exchanges and liquidity providers
  • Investigate operational cases and incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Work on provider testing, onboarding, and process improvements
  • Track liquidity and custody partner fees, SLAs, uptime, latency, and API changes
  • Improve margins, reduce costs, and optimize operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports on fees, revenue, volumes, and liquidity
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and audit materials
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships for support and project management
