About the Role
You will verify received goods, organize storage, track stock requests, forecast demand, and coordinate timely restocking. You will oversee inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, track vendor deliveries, maintain procurement documentation and inventory records, and support procurement tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant inventory management, accounting, financial, or administrative experience
- Understanding of procure-to-pay processes
- Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Written and verbal communication
- Analytical skills
- Understanding of accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Verify received goods against packing lists and report discrepancies
- Organize goods arrivals and safe storage
- Track stock requests and ensure timely delivery
- Forecast demand and usage to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate restocking with the procurement department
- Organize inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Improve inventory management processes
- Track vendor order status and delivery timelines
- Maintain procurement documentation and inventory database integrity
- Support ad hoc procurement duties
