About the Role
You will own frontend delivery across Trading, Web3, Payment, and other core business areas. You will lead technical design and execution for trading experiences, wallets, asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment integrations, and KYC/AML interfaces. You will set engineering standards, manage technical risk, guide frontend teams, align the technology stack, and influence product, backend, security, compliance, and senior stakeholders through sound technical and business judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing technical teams
- Solid full-stack capabilities with deep frontend expertise
- Deep knowledge of React or Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, and cross-platform solutions
- Backend and API fluency
- Experience leading frontend for products with DAU of 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
- Experience driving cross-team collaboration and standards adoption through technical influence
- Understanding of CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallets, signing mechanisms, and payment gateway ecosystems
- Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products
- Knowledge of ethers.js, wagmi, viem, WalletConnect, and EVM contract interactions
- Global product experience involving multi-language, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
- Understanding of AI-driven product design
- Ability to model complex problems and define system abstractions
- Ability to guide and evaluate AI outputs
- Experience with AI Spec-Driven Development
- English fluency for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own the frontend organization across core business verticals, including Trading and Payment
- Lead hiring, development, and talent-pipeline building for the frontend team
- Partner with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance to drive cross-functional outcomes
- Lead technical design and delivery for trading experiences, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation
- Balance business metrics, user experience, speed, and quality in product decisions
- Integrate AI considerations into product decisions and design
- Align and evolve the technology stack
- Identify and address technical risks
- Establish engineering quality standards for crypto security, frontend attack prevention, and compliance auditing
- Communicate technical value and business judgment to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership
- Participate in industry engagements to attract crypto-focused talent
